I’m excited to share something new I’ve added to my fitness teaching practice here in Austin, TX: I’m now licensed to teach STRONG Nation® with Weights, a brand-new class format from the creators of Zumba® Fitness.
This format blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with weighted resistance exercises using dumbbells. It’s designed to build total-body strength, improve muscular endurance, and help participants feel more confident using weights—even if they’re brand new to strength training.
Whether you’re already working out regularly or you’re just getting started with fitness, STRONG Nation with Weights meets you where you are. The movements are intentional, the structure is smart, and the energy is high.
